Rama Krishna Shikaram
Founder
A visionary driven by personal experience, Rama’s journey began with his teenage autistic son. Witnessing the challenges of raising a neurodiverse child inspired him to create Nskillz—a sanctuary where individuals with special needs are celebrated and empowered.

With an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute & years of experience in leadership across Europe, Middle East & Asia, Rama has turned his expertise into a mission to transform lives. At Nskillz, he is not just building a center but leading a movement for inclusion & empowerment.

Hima Bindu Buddhavarapu
Co-founder
As the mother of a 14-year-old son with special needs, Hima brings both a professional & deeply personal perspective to Nskillz. With over a decade of experience as an Early Childhood Educator & a passion for neurodiversity, she is dedicated to ensuring that no child is left behind.

Hima’s commitment to fostering inclusive education is reflected in her leadership at Nskillz, where every program is tailored to unlock each child’s potential. Her experiences as an educator and parent fuel her passion for creating environments where all children feel valued and empowered.
